Although these vitamins and minerals can be taken from supplements and drinks, it doesn't actually guarantee its effectiveness as that of taking it from eating vegetables. With this in mind, it is important to train your kids to eat vegetables. However, its really not easy feeding kids with veggies - is there an easy way to do it?

For starters, you can start with the vegetables that doesn't taste too awful for children then try to make modifications for other vegetables. This might include putting such things as brown sugar on squash. To make it more palatable to children you can saute the vegetable on butter or garlic. Such vegetables as cauliflower and broccoli taste much better when seasoned and covered with various sauces.
